1. Definitions

“RWV” refers to Race Wedding Videography
“Venue” refers to the signing venue/business
“Agreement” refers to this Preferred Partner arrangement
“Presentation Books” refers to the wedding video display devices supplied by RWV

2. Appointment as Preferred Videographer

The Venue agrees to list and promote RWV as its preferred wedding videographer for a minimum period of 12 months.

The Venue agrees to:

  • Actively recommend RWV to couples during venue tours and enquiries

  • Present RWV as a primary videography option

  • Where appropriate, introduce RWV alongside other key suppliers

(Optional stronger clause if you still want it)
The Venue agrees not to actively promote or recommend alternative videographers ahead of RWV during the term of this Agreement.

3. Backlink Requirement

The Venue agrees to:

  • Maintain a visible and working backlink to www.raceweddingvideo.com

  • Place this link on a relevant page (e.g. “Recommended Suppliers” or equivalent)

  • Not remove or alter the link without prior written agreement

4. Presentation Books (Loan Agreement)

RWV will supply the Venue with 2 x Wedding Video Presentation Books.

The Venue acknowledges:

  • The Presentation Books remain the sole property of RWV at all times

  • They are provided on a loan basis only during the Agreement period

  • They must be used solely for the purpose of showcasing RWV wedding films

The Venue agrees to:

  • Keep the Presentation Books in good working condition

  • Not copy, duplicate, or distribute the content

  • Not use the devices to display competitor videography

5. Usage During Venue Tours

The Venue agrees to make reasonable efforts to:

  • Use the Presentation Books during venue show rounds

  • Present RWV films to prospective couples where appropriate

  • Integrate the films as part of the sales experience

6. Term and Renewal

This Agreement shall:

  • Run for an initial period of 12 months from the date of signing

  • Automatically renew unless terminated by either party with written notice

7. Breach of Agreement

RWV reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if:

  • The Venue removes the agreed backlink

  • The Venue fails to recommend RWV as outlined

  • The Venue promotes competing videographers in a way that undermines this Agreement

  • The Presentation Books are misused, damaged through negligence, or used for non-agreed purposes

8. Return of Presentation Books

Upon termination or expiry of this Agreement:

  • RWV reserves the right to collect or request return of all Presentation Books

  • The Venue must return the devices within 14 days

  • RWV may charge for replacement if items are lost, damaged, or not returned

9. Non-Exclusivity of Bookings

RWV retains the right to:

  • Work with other venues

  • Accept bookings from couples independently of the Venue

10. Liability

RWV shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of bookings or revenue by the Venue

  • Technical issues arising from misuse of the Presentation Books

The Venue accepts responsibility for:

  • Safe handling and storage of the devices

11. Brand & Representation

The Venue agrees:

  • To represent RWV professionally and accurately

  • Not to misrepresent pricing, services, or availability

12. Marketing & Content Use

RWV may:

  • Reference the Venue as a partner in marketing materials

  • Use films shot at the Venue for promotional purposes

13. Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.

RWV reserves the right to review the partnership after 3 months if no reasonable referral activity is evident.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom.


By signing, you agree to actively promote Race Wedding Videography as a preferred supplier and maintain the agreed partnership standards in exchange for the use of presentation materials.
