With a real historic charm and great location bordering on the county’s of Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire it is most definitely worth a visit if you are planning your wedding and on the hunt for your dream wedding venue. Wedding Videography and Weddings at Hockwold Hall
Hockwold Hall provides a truly amazing setting for your memorable wedding day. This venue oozes charm, history plus more recently boasts some celebrity visits including Ed Sheeran, Daft Punk and actress Courtney Cox from Friends! So if that A list of celebrities is anything to go by, will give you an indication of the grandiose nature of Hockwold Hall. I am reliably told that Hockwold Hall was mentioned in the Domesday Book and even has royal connections too.
In terms of wedding videography capturing Victoria & Joseph’s wedding was a real treat and instantly looked great on film. There are endless spots for great wedding videography and indeed Drone Wedding Videography, as from the air and above you get a real sense of the scale and get to see the overall picture of the size and gardens that you wouldn’t get from ground level. Hockwold Hall boasts a great selection of rooms to hold your celebrations. From the intimate dining room for up to 50 guests to the Garden Marquee for up to 180 people.

There are lots of buildings, spaces, rooms and facets to Hockwold Hall too. The Garden Marquee has wooden floors, bar and a great stage plus has a lovely light and airy feel with opaque side wall. This is where you will see the wedding breakfast and dancing taking places in Victoria & Joseph’s wedding film. Inside the Hall itself you will find rustic accommodation fir for any King or Queen or in this case a Bride and Groom! Plus expect never ending drinks, receptions rooms and dining rooms. My favourite room was probably the secret underground cellar bar which is Harry Potter themed!
The Bridal Preparation Studio has everything the Bride and Bridesmaids would need and is only a short walk from the main hall. The wedding ceremony took place outside in the walled garden and looked really fabulous, just watch the wedding videography highlights trailer to see what I mean! I got a few fab drone shots that really help set the scene.
